I have been using the PATHS modules for the last few months and it has been a very exciting experience for me.

I have always had trouble falling asleep at night because of thinking of to many things and I just can't shut it off. Suddenly with PATHS, the time that I set to go to bed at I can hardly keep my eyes open. In the morning, when I wake up, I am up and ready. I am not groggy or anything. Right out of bed productive.
